The equipment is suitable for leak detection of various bags such as urine bags, drainage bags, feeding bags, dialysis bags, flushing bags, blood bags, waste liquid bags, leg bags, etc. It is designed for industrial use. It has the advantages of small size, high production capacity, simple operation. So it is suitable for batch testing, replacing traditional water testing, as well as airtight leak detectors that are not suitable for batch testing.
Process
The tooling and fixtures used for leak detection vary among different bags. This process takes the enternal feeding bag as an example;
1.During testing, insert the inflation port into the inflation port for inflation operation, and use an inflation mechanism to seal the large port;
2. The fixture is responsible for limiting the shape and position of the product. The product is clamped in the fixture and only slight deformation occurs after inflation;
3. Maintain pressure and test for leakage;
4. After the test, the bag is restored;
5. During testing, the four workstations take turns operating in a cyclic manner.
6. The red light means unqualified, the green light means qualified, and the blue light means that station is on.
General Description
1. The equipment mainly consists of two parts: a testing machine and a bag fixture. The testing machine contains 2 parts: a man-machine operation interface and the air pressure regulation unit.
2. The equipment shapes the bag body through fixtures to prevent over-expansion.
3. Clean purified air is injected and the leakage point is amplified to produce leakage by pressure.
4. By comparing expansion coefficient and the units of pressure loss, a trend curve graph is obtained. The analysis of the trend curve map is used to determine whether the bag is leaking.
5. The normal testing pressure of the equipment is generally between 43750Pa and 43815Pa, which can be adjusted according to the bag model and film expansion rate.
